I joined Microsoft in 1996. I co-founded an AI company in 2016 — before most thought AI was real — and exited (Aware Group → HSO, 2024). I built the original Microsoft 365 Copilot demos, and now I lead AI adoption as a fractional Chief AI Officer while shipping ventures of my own. The throughline: turning emerging technology into real business value, before the rest of the market catches up.
