Aware Group: co-founded to acquisition

Overview

I co-founded Aware Group, an IoT and AI systems integrator and ISV, and led product strategy for its Aware AI platform. We grew services revenue past $3M by year three, won more than $500K in government innovation grants for R&D, and shifted the company from services to product-led growth. Aware was named Microsoft NZ Innovation Partner of the Year in 2019 and was acquired by HSO, a global IT services company, in August 2024.
