Overview
I opened and ran the North American business of Intergen, New Zealand's largest dedicated Microsoft solutions provider. Revenue grew more than 100% every year, with 260% in year four. I built the team from 1 to 30 and was named top people manager across the company. We won Microsoft Vendor of the Year for Innovation, productized several demo platforms and ran a cloud R&D partnership with the Windows Embedded and Azure teams.
